Meet Our Broker
Born in Lubbock, Texas, Londa Spurlock is a determined entrepreneur and community leader passionate about making a meaningful impact. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, driven by a strong interest in law and public service. After graduation, she worked as a parole officer, gaining valuable experience in the field. However, Londa’s long-standing dream of becoming an entrepreneur and her lifelong passion for dance inspired her to take a bold step toward a new goal: opening her dance studio.
As a dancer since childhood, Londa had always envisioned creating a space to mentor and empower young dancers while pursuing her dream of business ownership. In 2004, she made that vision a reality by founding her first dance studio.
In 2012, Londa set her sights on another goal: real estate. She became a licensed real estate agent specializing in residential services. Her interest in commercial real estate grew in 2019, leading her to expand her expertise in the industry. In July 2024, she reached a significant milestone by launching L Spurlock Realty Group, a full-service brokerage offering residential services, alongside its commercial division, Lockrock Commercial Partners.
While her real estate career thrives, Londa remains dedicated to mentoring children as the owner of Boogiebeez Performance Team. She uses dance to inspire and connect with her community. In her personal life, she enjoys playing tennis as a team captain, golfing, running with her dog, DJ, and spending quality time with her husband.
Londa’s journey reflects her commitment to pursuing her passions with purpose.
